Dear OurMark, I have tried to upload 2 good deeds. The first one has gone ok, but the second I cannot upload. Can you help me out?

        The problem you are having has to do with the following:

        In order to help organizations avoid recognizing the same supporter and good deed twice, a check is in place in the system. This check sees wether a good deed is duplicated by verifying these facts: username, date of good deed, organization. In your case, as both your good deeds coincide in all three, an error is appearing (even though its about two different actions).
        As a simple way of by passing this error, we suggest you upload your second good deed on the following day from your first. It should go along fine that way, and a one-day-difference is not a big deal. You might want to let the organization you have supported know about this, in case they double check in their records for this second donation.

        Please confirm the following:
        - Are both good deeds of the same kind (in the same Topic)?
        - Have both good deeds been done with or through the same organization?
        - Are they on the same date?
